Horse Sales Info:

Purchasing or selling a horse takes a lot of time, commitment and knowledge. There are many things to consider when buying or selling. Using a professional's vast knowledge and experience can usually make the process much easier. We at Unity Stables have that knowledge, experience and a wide array of contacts to assist you in your sale. We offer our services to you. Foremost, discussing your needs and desires will help us to understand what direction we need to start in for you. Beginning the process will involve indepth conversation in regards to what your goals are for that end result. Upon assisting you towards achieving that end result, we will spend an abundance of time generating the best path in which to follow. Creating an experience that will benefit you will be our top concern. Here is a guideline of fees incurred with Unity Stables as your acting agent in the buying or selling process.
(Please note: Specific details on sales will be drawn up in writing. These may include, but are not limited to any restrictions on sales, pending pre-purchase exams, exclusive rights of sales, etc..)

Buyer's Agent:

• Traveling to prospective horse locations - $20/hr ($50 min.)
• An additional $0.50/mile when traveling in my own vehicle
• 10% commission on purchased horse, payable at time of sale

Seller's Agent:

• Actual cost of any advertising (online, magazine, copies, etc.)
• 10% commission on sold horses, payable at time of sale

Agent for both parties:

• 7 1/2% commission from both parties
• 15% total commission
