Unity Stables Lesson and Training Rates, Use of Facility

All students are required to wear a certified safety helmet, long pants that are not overly baggy, and a pair of boots or shoes with a heel.

Boarders: (When Riding Your Own Horse)

• Private Lessons - $30
• Semi-Private (2 riders) - $25
• Group (3+ riders) - $20

Non-Boarders and Trailer-Ins: (Or Boarders Riding Non-Owned Horses)

• Private Lessons - $35
• Semi-Private (2 riders) - $30
• Group (3+ riders) - $25

Training/Conditioning: These fees are in addition to stall board rates

• Training/Conditioning session - $20-1X
• Limited training/conditioning package (10X per month) - $150/mo.
• Full-time training/conditioning package (20X per month) - $225/mo.
• Lunging (incl. Applying boots or tack as needed, cool down) $10-1X
• Lunging package (12X per month) - $100/mo.
• Foal handling basics
• (10X per month) - $100/mo.
• (20X per month) - $175/mo.
• Vacation Package (3 schooling rides while you're away) - $50/week.

Clinics/Specialty Lessons:
Fees vary per event. Use of Boarded Horses for Lesson Purposes:

If you wish to allow Unity Stables the use of your horse for lesson purposes, a credit of $5.00 per use will be put towards your next month's board bill. Please let Unity Stables know if you are interested in allowing us to use your horse.

Please note: Unity Stables does not allow outside instructors, or trainers to work out of our facility. Occasionally, Unity Stables will invite an instructor in or hold a clinic open to current boarders or outside horses. These arrangements will be made only by Unity Stables.

Billing: You will be billed for board, lesson and training packages in advance. All pick-up services are kept track of and charged on the next months board bill.
